When it's finished it's going to be very warm (the sleeves are full length). But I have this ambition to complete the pattern as written; and my intention is to wear it with a very thin long-sleeved silk vest. And I tend to wear knitwear instead of blouses anyway. The pattern as written - originally done in fairisle in a different all-over pattern - is such a beautiful piece.
